First impressions: BI-RITE Creamery

It is a sunny and warm Sunday afternoon in Mission Dolores. Everybody is either in the park or standing in line to get an ice-cream from BI-RITE Creamery. The queue gets around the corner.

Has anybody thought of opening another new ice-cream? I think it will be a profitable business unless queuing is San Franciscans' favourite sport. Perhaps I should open an ice-cream shop next to Dolores Park!?

After a 20 mins wait, I have finally got my ice-cream cone and a card that will give me a free cone after 10 ice-creams. The ice-cream is good. I am not sure though I would have queued for 20 minutes to get it if another shop was there. But San Franciscans think differently.
